Charmian Nimmo Tuxedo Cat Studio

Medium: Clay

Region: Vancouver Coast & Mountains

Charmian began making pots in high school, and has never stopped. After  working with another production potter for 3 years and learning as much as possible about making a living as a potter, she started working from her own studio in 1980 and has been ever since.  She began teaching pottery in the community centres in Vancouver and has been teaching for 20 years now and maintains a studio in her home. She managed the pottery studio at the West End Community Centre for 14 years but left last year to become a member of the Kingsmill Pottery Studio on Granville Island.
