artist statement

For me, ceramics represents a boundless realm of creative possibilities that allows me to transform personal experiences into tangible expressions. Influenced by Baroque and Art Nouveau styles, as well as the organic forms found in botanical and marine life, I intricately integrate flowers and plants into my ceramic sculptures. These natural motifs symbolize the fleeting essence of life.

My artistic pursuit is driven by a transformative vision: to turn adversity into expressions of lightness, beauty, and hope. By infusing my works with these themes, I aim to inspire viewers, evoking a sense of renewal and optimism. This approach reflects my belief in the power of art to provoke contemplation and emotional resonance.
