By choosing a digital card, you are not only making an active impact on the environment, but also gaining easy access to your membership benefits.

digital membership card FAQ
When you become a member, you will automatically receive your digital membership card in the next few days.
You will receive an email with a temporary membership card you can use in the meantime.
Along with your digital membership card, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to install it on your Android phone or iPhone.
If you need further help, don’t hesitate to contact us through email.
If you don’t have a phone, you can always print out the printable membership card you receive within your confirmation email when you join, or every time you renew your membership.
This printable card contains the same information as your digital membership card.
When you join or renew your membership, you will receive a printable membership card that you can print at home and, if you prefer, you can laminate it.
If you don’t have a printer at home, you can reach out to us and we will send you a physical card.
Note: we only mail physical cards twice a year – spring and fall – so let us know in advance whether you would like us to send you one.
Information such as your name, member ID, and expiration date is automatically updated every month.
To make changes to your information, you can log in to the membership portal and update your profile.
If you have a new email address, lost access to your previous email address or if you would just like to use a different email address, log in to the membership portal to update your profile information. Alternatively, let us know through email so we can manually update your information.
Once you have installed your card on your phone, you won’t need your email to access it.
