heartbreaking & scary

This (closure of Cap U’s Textile Arts Program) is really heartbreaking, and scary. Especially from my NSCAD perspective where we are facing the same sort of Draconian measures. I know the first thing university boards and senates do is compare student numbers and program costs, and the studio will also lose in this scenario.
