Carol Kong is a part-time painter and ceramicist based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto, and is a practicing Professional Engineer in civil infrastructure, focused on transit planning and design. Although a creative since childhood, her artistic practice only began in 2019 through the continuing studies Fine Arts Certificate program at Emily Carr University. Her training has included workshops by local artists, alongside a disciplined approach to studying the masters and observing her surroundings.
