Born into an artistic family in Ukraine the artist holds a Master’s degree from the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow. With a background shaped by music, theatre, and fine arts, she brings a strong sense of structure, movement, and narrative to her textile practice. In 2012, she began working with felt, drawn to wool as a versatile, natural, and sustainable material. Her work focuses on contemporary felting techniques and wearable art, exploring the balance between form, function, and material expression.

My work is centered on wool fiber as a sustainable, natural material. Wool has been used for centuries to create everything from shelter to the finest textiles, supporting human life without the need to kill animals. Through traditional and contemporary felting techniques, I explore wool’s structural strength, tactile qualities, and expressive potential, transforming it into wearable art that connects craftsmanship, ecology, and human experience.
