Jesse Toso is an artist and award-winning carver. He has always produced art in one form or another whether painting, drawing, sculpture, or photography. In the past decade he has focused his artistic passion on wood sculpture competing nationally and internationally in chainsaw carving competitions and events.

Raised by a carpenter, and then becoming one myself, I’ve been immersed in the natural beauty of wood for as long as I can remember. Years of cutting and shaping wood has led me to a deeper understanding of its characteristics and versatility and also piqued my interest in exploring and understanding other artistic media.
