artist statement
| I attended the Capilano College and UBC Fine Art Programs before I transferred to Emily Carr University of Art and Design and studied for an additional 3 years. During my last semester, and again after graduation, I apprenticed with potter Vincent Massey in Whistler B.C. During our work together we constructed a salt fire kiln which we still fire together creating small batch salt fired collections a few times a year. I have exhibited my work in several shows, galleries, and markets in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky corridor. For a comprehensive list please visit my website.
