current consigners
Are you a current consigner with the Craft Council’s Social Enterprise? This page outlines the procedures associated with bringing your items into the shop and checking your inventory online. We ask that you kindly call or email us ahead of time to arrange a time to come in.
Bringing Work in to Sell
Depending on what work you are dropping off, there are different procedures. Please read below for more information:
- If you are a new consigner and have never dropped off work before, please fill out this smartsheet form link. After you have filled this out, the shop staff will be in touch with you about when to drop your work off.
- If you are a current consigner bringing in new designs of the same medium, please (1) open and download this file, (2) save it to your files, (3) enable editing, (4) fill the information out, (5) save it as a PDF, and (6) email it to us. When you come to drop off your work, we will have two copies printed for you and us.
- If you are a current consigner and are restocking work, please (1) download the file above, (2) save it your files, (3) enable editing, (4) fill the information out, (5) save it as a PDF, (6) and send it back to us. When you come to drop off your work, we will have two copies printed for you and us. You DO NOT need to add photos or care instructions if it is a restock of items we currently carry.
- If you are having difficulty with the processes above, you are welcome to put together a document and save it as a PDF with the following info: photo, item name, quantity, and price. Please save this file as a PDF and send to us at gi_shop[@]craftcouncilbc[.]ca before bringing the work in.
